Exceeding Esthetic Expectations
Course Description
This is an advanced course that concentrates on the design, treatment plan and fabrication of esthetic and functional implant retained restorations. The course features the new Phonares Denture Tooth System, which has been promoted as having the ideal physical and chemical properties for the demands of complete prosthetics and specifically implant retained or supported restorations. In addition the unique processing system and composition of the Phonares provides Empress like esthetics for removable precision restorations or complete prosthetics.
Developing a technical and clinical treatment plan with case sequencing is the key to success for implant prosthetics. The proper sequence of treatment with prosthetic design and attachment options will be emphasized and presented in a lecture format using demonstration casts and discussions to review all the variables that must be taken into consideration. Hands-on experience will include; anterior & posterior diagnostic tooth arrangement, radiographic stents with Vivo/Ortho Tacteeth, Phonares set-up in various occlusal schemes with emphasis on anterior esthetic characterization, functional occlusion and advanced gingival wax contouring using colored waxes.
The goal of this hands-on course is for technicians and clinicians to achieve competency and consistency with removable implant retained restorations.
